Q: What is your turnaround time, and how long does it take to receive my order?

A: Standard turnaround time for any project, no matter the size of the order, is 2 weeks.  If you need your order sooner we can add a rush fee to your order and get it done before 2 weeks, but only if we do not already have a full print schedule. It is best to get us your order at least 2 weeks or more before you need your printed apparel order.

 

Q: What information do I need to give Chattanooga Tshirt in order to get a quote?

A: We can give you an “ballpark” estimate over the phone, but if you fill out our free online quote form we can give you an exact quote for your project. You can also upload your artwork, enter your sizing, and choose a color if you already have that information ready. All we need from you is the following information:

  • How many total shirts are in your order?
  • What color shirts would you like to use? View Color Chart
  • Will Chattanooga Tshirt be printing on one side or both sides of the shirt?
  • How many colors are in your design?
  • Do you have artwork ready or is that something we can provide for you?
  • Do you have any Women’s cut, youth sizes, or sizes above 2XL?

Q: How much is just one shirt?

A: The price per shirt will be lower the more shirts that you order, but generally:

  • 1 white shirt will be around $20.00 + tax
  • 1 color shirt will be closer to $25.00 + tax
  • If your shirt is a front and back print, the cost will be an additional $3.00.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located at 3413 Hixson Pike. On the corner of Lupton Drive and Hixson Pike in a brick building across from the soccer fields. Our building is next to Rivermont Paint and Body and Karen Horton School of dance. In between the Bi-Lo and “S” turns on Hixson Pike.

Q: Where are your price breaks?

A: Price breaks will start at ½ dozen, 1 dozen, 24 shirts, 50 shirts, 100 shirts, 200 shirts, 300 shirts, etc….

Q: Can I bring in my own shirts?

A: You may bring in your own shirts but it is better to order shirts with us. We do not offer much of a discount. It will likely be $2.00 cheaper than if we provide the shirts. We do suggest having extras of each size for your order, because occasionally there are printing errors. If you supply the shirts, Chattanooga Tshirt is not responsible for shirt replacements. We will do our best to let you know if there is an errors that occur during the printing process so you can plan accordingly.

  • The items you bring in for printing must be new/never worn clothing.
  • Unless it is a screen printing job/vinyl job, the clothing must have a cotton content.

Q: How much does a custom design cost?

A: A basic text design will be about $5.00 per side. The more complicated design could be closer to $30.00-$40.00. A scanned image or uploaded artwork that needs some work or text added will generally be around $15.00-$20.00

Q: What are the best files for printing?

A: Adobe files. If you have your files in an Adobe Illustrator .EPS / AI or Photoshop PSD we will not charge you for design fees (Saving a flattened image file, like a .JPG, out of Illustrator or Photoshop as an .EPS does not count). If you cannot get us these files listed above, the highest resolution files you have for your design will work best. A high res .PNG file with a transparent background will also be accepted with zero art charge. Submitted Designs are not allowed to break existing creator, personality or copyright laws. You must possess the full rights in order to use a design (picture, logo, text). The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork.
