How much does custom t-shirt printing cost?
It depends on the quantity, number of ink colors, and the blank garment you choose. Screen printing gets dramatically cheaper per shirt when ordered in bulk, while DTG (Direct-to-Garment) is flat-priced for small runs. The fastest way to get a real number is to use our Quick Quote form—it takes about 60 seconds.
Is there a minimum order size for custom shirts?
There is no minimum order for DTG printing—we can print just one single shirt! Traditional screen printing becomes cost-effective at around 24+ pieces. If you’re unsure which method you need, choose “Not Sure” on our Quick Quote and we’ll recommend the best printing technique.
What is your turnaround time for printing?
Plan on about two weeks (10-14 days) to order blanks, finalize the design, approve the proof, and print. Busy seasons fill up fast because we limit the number of projects we take to ensure quality. Have a hard deadline? Let us know in your quote request and we’ll confirm our availability before you commit.
Will I see a digital proof before you print?
Always. You will approve a high-resolution digital proof before any ink touches a garment. It eliminates the guesswork and is the thing our customer reviews mention most. Start a quote to get yours.
Do you offer design help, or do I need print-ready art?
We do both. Our in-house design team has 25+ years of apparel design experience. We can build a design from scratch, clean up your rough sketch, or print your ready-to-go vector files. If you are uploading finished artwork, please use our Detailed Quote Form.
Can you print team jerseys with custom names and numbers?
Yes! Custom team uniforms and sports jerseys are a best seller. We use premium Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) for individual names and numbers on toddler through adult sizing. To submit a team roster, please use the Detailed Quote Form.
Do you ship nationwide or offer local pickup in Chattanooga?
We do both. We have shipped over 30,000 orders nationwide, but we also offer local pickup right here in Chattanooga, TN by appointment. Shipping costs can be included directly in your quote.
